- By commissioning me, RiaRiiRii, you confirm that you read the entirety of this document and that you agree to everything in my Terms of Service.-- If you have any questions or doubts regarding any information included here, contact me on the contacts listed under the “Links” section in my Carrd.-
Basic ToS:
-Clients must provide a set of clear and concise visual references with any additional important information. If there is a significant lack of references, there will be additional charges.- After the discussion and you agree to order commissions from me, make sure you have the money ready for your commission. Don't order commissions when you're not even sure if you have the money ready or not.=> I will only start working on the commission after I receive the money.- I accept payments through PayPal (preferred) and DA points.( About paypal: Transactions will be done through Paypal’s invoice system. For security reasons, I will not be accepting other forms of transactions.)- Payments are expected within 24h, do not send money until you receive a message from me to do so.- First come first served.- I will decline any commission that I do not feel comfortable completing and/or is against my Terms of Service.- I will ignore any commissioner's form that is in any other language than English.- I am not responsible for possible damages caused by using them in other ways than intended, e.g.: using assets/3d parts in softwares that I do not port to.- When using the commissioned model in public work, credit me (RiaRiiRii). And if the commission has physics, please also credit h-4ru for the physics as well.- I supply products only in .pmx file format, made for MikuMikuDance software.- I am not responsible for what my client does with my work. About Hoyoverse Style Commissions specifically:
(If you don't order Hoyoverse Style Commission, you don't have to read this part)
- Clients must provide a set of clear and concise visual references with any additional important information. If there is a significant lack of references, there will be additional charges.- The requirement for the reference: Front - Back - Side view Left and Right of the character. References for the layers of clothes that the character has. I will also need character card drawing of your character. The fullbody reference doesn't have to be close to Genshin style, but the character card must be close to Genshin style so it can be used as reference for face editing. All the patterns on the clothes should be separated as png transparent image as well.I DON'T DO FACE EDIT FOR HONKAI STYLED MODELS EXCEPT THE TEXTURES .-Make sure the reference of your character is LOGICAL. 2D and 3D are really different. 2D doesn't limit you from drawing what you want no matter how illogical it can be, but 3D is different. You must make sure that the design of your character is doable in 3D, and you will have to accept that the model can't be accurate to the 2D reference 100% due to the difference.- I DON'T DO MODDING, and I only work with MMD, this is MMD model commission. I'm only responsible for the MMD part only, which is modeling, texturing, overall rigging. The model can still be modded and be used outside MMD, but whatever that is outside MMD, I'm not responsible for it.-If you want the model to be modded into the game, I will redirect you to my friend h-4ru.-The MMD physics of the model will be done by h-4ru.-You're not allowed to use the finished commission for NSFW contents and commercial uses.- The finished product might be showcased on my DeviantArt, Twitter and Ko-Fi profile. If you are against this, please state it during placing an order. The private fee will be 30% of the comm's price.

-explicit R-18, heavy NSFW, gore-way too complex designs (like ShiningNikki, outfits that have crazy details)-furry/animal like parts (if it's not too difficult then I still can do it)-hyper realistic assets/3d parts-full human/humanoid models (base, face)-mecha, old people-designs promoting hateful content (e.g.: racism, transphobia, homophobia)-I won’t take commission from people on my banlist or people that have bad reputation / people that I don’t trust
SENDING INVOICE
When I will be ready to start working on the commission, I will message the client about it with the estimated price and ask about the PayPal address to which I’ll send the invoice to. I require the client to pay full price upfront in 24h from when they receive it from me for me to begin working on their commission. Client should message me after paying the price for confirmation.
WORKING ON A COMMISSION:
Once I’ll start working on the commission, I will be providing WIPs for the client.
The time needed for commission will vary on a couple of things, inter alia:• I am just one person working on it. I have friend to help me with physics progress, but other than that, everything else will be done by me alone.• Time of the year: I am able to finish models faster on summer break rather than during the school year.• Events from my life: There might be times where something urgent appears in my life and I am physically unable to finish the commission as fast as I would like to.•Complexity of the commission: Models with more detailed designs will take more time to make.
Clients can ask about estimated time to finish their commission through desired contact once they have paid. It might vary from a couple of days to a weekIf the client requests an asset/3d part that requires me to model over a base (e.g.: clothing), they must send a rigged base for me to work with. If the said base has a bad topology, it might result in additional charges as it will make modeling for me harder.Sending the finished productOnce I have finished the client’s commission, it will be sent to them through desired contact in a zip file containing:
• pmx file of the commissioned model.
• texture folder containing all the textures of the model
• spa/sph folder containing all the spa/sph of the model
• toon folder containing all the toon of the model
• readme file with basic rules and information
If there are any problems regarding the model, the client can message me through desired contact about it.
REFUNDS:
- A full refund will be given only when the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before any work has started or if I am unable to complete it.
- Client will be refunded 30-40% of the original price if they decide to cancel commission during the process of creating mesh.
- No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- If you happen to notice any problems with the asset/3d part you commissioned, tell me about it via desired contact to fix it. It is free of any additional charges.
- The finished product might be showcased on my DeviantArt, Twitter and Ko-Fi profile. If you are against this, please state it during placing an order.
- My “Terms of Service” will be updated from time to time. If you happen to apply for the waitlist before these updates, your purchase will not be affected by any of these changes.

Điều khoản cơ bản:
-Khách hàng phải công cấp reference thật đầy đủ chi tiết, trực quan và rõ ràng, kèm theo những thông tin cần thiết. Thiếu ref sẽ khiến cho quá trình làm comm có thể bị chậm lại, và sẽ dẫn tới phụ phí.-Sau khi đã bàn luận xong và bạn quyết định đặt comm từ mình, thì bạn hãy chắc chắn rằng bạn có sẵn sàng tiền để đặt comm. Mình sẽ không chấp nhận bất kì trường hợp nào muốn lên waitlist nhưng đến khi đến lượt để mình bắt đầu làm comm thì lại chưa có đủ tiền. Bạn vẫn có thể có slot trên waitlist và tích tiền cho đến khi tới lượt, nhưng đến khi tới lượt comm của bạn rồi thì hãy chắc chắn là bạn sẵn sàng cọc tiền.=> Mình sẽ chỉ bắt đầu làm comm sau khi mình nhận được thanh toán.- Mình chấp nhận hình thức thanh toán tiền comm qua Paypal, Deviantart point và chuyển khoản ngân hàng. Khuyến khích thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản nhất đối với khách hàng là người Việt.- Vui lòng không thanh toán cho đến khi mình yêu cầu.- Mình làm comm theo lượt, ai đến trước mình sẽ làm comm cho trước.-Mình sẽ từ chối những commission nào mà mình cảm thấy không thoải mái khi làm/ không có khả năng làm hoặc là đi ngược lại với điều khoản dịch vụ của mình,.-Comm mình làm là comm MMD. Mình sẽ chỉ cung cấp sản phẩm mang định dạng pmx, được làm ra để sử dụng cho phần mềm MikuMikuDance. Nếu có bất kì vấn đề gì xảy ra khi bạn sử dụng comm cho một phần mềm khác mà không phải MMD, mình sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm.-Nếu bạn sử dụng comm cho những bài đăng công khai, hãy credit mình (RiaRiiRii). Nếu comm có physics, hãy credit cả h-4ru cho phần physics.-Mình không chịu trách nhiệm cho việc khách hàng sẽ làm gì với comm sau khi xong. Mình chỉ chịu trách nhiệm với comm cho đến khi nó được hoàn thành.-Mình không cho phép việc sản phẩm mình làm bị sử dụng cho những mục đích liên quan tới AI, NFT dưới bất kì hình thức nào.-Những ai mà vi phạm điều khoản dịch vụ của mình sẽ bị mình đưa vào danh sách đen và lên bài cảnh báo.
Cụ thể về comm Hoyoverse (Genshin / HSR OC):
(Nếu bạn không đặt comm của mảng này thì bạn không cần đọc phần này)
-Khách hàng phải công cấp reference thật đầy đủ chi tiết, trực quan và rõ ràng, kèm theo những thông tin cần thiết. Thiếu ref sẽ khiến cho quá trình làm comm có thể bị chậm lại, và sẽ dẫn tới phụ phí.-Yêu cầu bắt buộc đối với reference nhân vật của các bạn: Phải có đầy đủ các góc Trước - Sau - Trái - Phải của nhân vật. Trang phục nhân vật cũng phải được tách lớp và có ref chi tiết. Mình cũng cần các bạn phải cung cấp cho mình tranh character card của OC các bạn. Tranh ref fullbody thì không cần thiết phải quá sát với style game của Hoyoverse, nhưng riêng character card thì style phải thật sát với style game để mình sử dụng làm ref để edit mặt cho OC của các bạn. Tất cả những chi tiết hoa văn trên nhân vật cũng cần phải được tách riêng ra định dạng png trong suốt.*MÌNH SẼ KHÔNG LÀM FACE EDIT CHO MODEL STYLE HONKAI NGOẠI TRỪ TEXTURE.-Hãy đảm bảo là reference của OC các bạn phải thật LOGIC. 2D và 3D rất khác nhau. 2D không giới hạn các bạn khỏi việc vẽ thế nào tùy ý bất kể là nó có phi logic đến đâu, nhưng 3D thì khác. Bạn phải đảm bảo là design OC của các bạn có tính khả thi để làm thành model 3D, và các bạn sẽ phải chấp nhận việc model 3D không thể giống ref 2D 100%.-MÌNH KHÔNG LÀM COMM MOD. Mình chỉ làm việc với MMD thôi, đây là comm MMD model. Mình sẽ chỉ chịu trách nhiệm với những phần liên quan tới MMD như là dựng hình, vẽ chất liệu và rig tổng thể. Model sau khi hoàn thành vẫn có thể sử dụng để mod và dùng ở phần mềm khác không phải là MMD, nhưng tất cả những gì không phải MMD, mình sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm.-Nếu bạn muốn model được mod vào game, mình sẽ chuyển hướng bạn qua bạn h-4ru để bàn thêm về modding.-Khoản MMD physics cho model của các bạn sẽ được làm bởi h-4ru-Các bạn không được phép sử dụng comm đã hoàn thành cho nội dung NSFW hay mục đích thương mại-Ảnh sản phẩm comm hoàn thiện sẽ được mình đăng trưng bày lên Deviantart, Twitter hoặc Ko-Fi của mình. Nếu các bạn không muốn mình đăng công khai hình ảnh comm của các bạn sau khi hoàn thiện thì hãy cho mình biết luôn khi các bạn sẵn sàng đặt comm. Phí private sẽ là 30% giá comm.

MÌNH KHÔNG NHẬN LÀM:
-R18, NSFW nặng, máu me-Design quá phức tạp (như ShiningNikki hay những design nào mà có lượng details quá khủng khiếp)-bộ phận giống furry/ động vật (nếu mà không quá khó thì mình vẫn có thể làm)-phong cách siêu thực-full human/humanoid models (base, face)-mecha, người già-Những thiết kế cổ xúy cho những nội dung gây thù ghét (ví dụ: phân biệt chủng tộc, kì thị LGBTQA+ hay bất kì những nội dung gây tranh cãi nào)-Mình không nhận comm của những người nằm trong danh sách đen của mình / những người mình không tin tưởng
THANH TOÁN
Khi mình sẵn sàng bắt đầu làm comm, mình sẽ nhắn qua ib để thông báo cho bạn, cùng với stk/mã qr của mình để các bạn thanh toán. Các bạn hãy thanh toán đầy đủ trong vòng 24h sau khi nhận được tin nhắn yêu cầu thanh toán của mình, sau khi nhận được thanh toán mình sẽ bắt tay vào làm comm. Các bạn cũng hãy nhắn xác nhận cho mình là đã chuyển khoản.
QUÁ TRÌNH LÀM COMM:
Khi bắt đầu làm comm, mình sẽ liên tục gửi tiến độ cho bạn. Thời gian cần để hoàn thành comm sẽ khác nhau tùy thuộc vào một vài yếu tố bao gồm:• Commission chỉ được làm bởi hai người. Gồm mình lo khâu edit/dựng hình/vẽ texture và bạn mình lo khoản physics, nhưng cả hai đều có cuộc sống riêng nên quá trình hoàn thành comm sẽ không chỉ phục thuộc vào một mình mình.• Những sự kiện có thể xảy ra trong cuộc sống của mình: Sẽ có những lúc mà có việc gì đó cấp bách xảy ra khiến cho mình không thể hoàn thành comm xong sớm như mình muốn.•Độ phức tạp của design: Model càng nhiều chi tiết thì sẽ càng mất nhiều thời gian để hoàn thành. Bạn có thể hỏi mình về thời gian ước tính để hoàn thành comm sau khi thanh toán. Thời gian cần để hoàn thành comm có thể dao động từ vài ngày đến vài tuần hoặc vài tháng.Nếu như bạn yêu cầu mình làm một bộ phận 3D mà cần phải làm vừa trên một base model nhất định (ví dụ: quần áo) thì bạn phải gửi cho một mình một base đã được rig sẵn để mình dùng làm standee. Nếu như base bạn gửi mà có rig tệ, nó sẽ dẫn đến phụ phí vì sẽ khiến mình phải sửa lại và làm cho quá trình làm comm trở nên khó khăn hơn.Sau khi comm hoàn thành*Sau khi mình hoàn thành comm, comm sẽ được gửi tới khách đặt trong định dạng zip/rar file bao gồm:
• file pmx của model comm đã hoàn thành.
• folder texture chứa toàn bộ texture của model
• folder spa/sph chứa toàn bộ spa/sph của model
• toon folder chứa toàn bộ của model
• file readme với những thông tin và điều luật cơ bản

HOÀN TIỀN:
-Việc hoàn tiền sẽ chỉ được thực hiện khi comm bị hủy (bởi mình hoặc khách hàng) trước khi comm được làm hoặc khi mình không có khả năng hoàn thành
-Khách hàng sẽ được hoàn tiền 30-40% giá gốc nếu quyết định hủy comm khi comm vẫn đang trong quá trình dựng hình
-Không chấp nhận hoàn tiền cho những comm đã hoàn thành hoặc sắp hoàn thành.
THÔNG TIN KHÁC:
-Nếu bạn phát hiện ra comm có bất kì vấn đề gì, hãy liên hệ mình để mình sửa giúp bạn, không tính phí.-Ảnh sản phẩm comm hoàn thiện sẽ được mình đăng trưng bày lên Deviantart, Twitter hoặc Ko-Fi của mình. Nếu các bạn không muốn mình đăng công khai hình ảnh comm của các bạn sau khi hoàn thiện thì hãy cho mình biết luôn khi các bạn sẵn sàng đặt comm. Phí private sẽ là 30% giá comm.-Điều khoản dịch vụ và giá comm của mình sẽ luôn được update dần theo thời gian. Nếu bạn đã có slot trên waitlist trước khi TOS và giá comm được update, các bạn sẽ không phải trả theo giá update.
